Dr. Alka Rai

Dr. Alka Rai is an Assistant Professor in the area of HRM and OB. She holds Phd in management as full time senior research fellow from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad. She is JRF-NET qualified from UGC. She has worked around for five years in academics and her research experience is of about three and half years. Her areas of research and teaching interest includes Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. She has specifically researched in the area of employee engagement, transfer of training, trade unions, job crafting, job demands and published about sixteen research papers in reputed international journals indexed in SSCI, ABDC and Scopus. She has also contributed book chapters and presented papers in various national and international conferences. She is also reviewer of several reputed international journals.
