In my 33 years long career, I have realized that education is one of the most effective ways to generate equity. The teaching profession offers an excellent opportunity to give back to the society. Polishing young minds, instilling confidence in the next generation, helping them frame correct attitude (and many more) are a few positives educators impart on the young population in general.
