Dr. Shalini Lal is the Founder of Infinity Organizational Development, a boutique OD consulting firm specializing in Organizational Development & Change. She is a graduate of IIM Ahmedabad, PhD from UCLA and is a Global Fellow at the Wharton School.
Her work focuses on helping organizations build the internal culture and capabilities they need for their business vision and strategy. She believes in combining research insights with the wisdom of practice in her work. And believes that a sense of playfulness and humor is always a wonderful thing.
Her last Corporate Assignment was as Director HR at Deustche Bank. Before that she was Chief Human Resource Officer at Escorts Agri-Machinery, and Head of Organizational Development at Airtel.
She has been on the Jury of many of India’s HR Awards committees (such as CII, NHRD, People Matters) for several years. She is also a frequent speaker at leading business schools and an avid writer on topics of Management and Leadership.
Her book “The secret life of organizations” published by Hachette will come out later this year.
